FALL REGISTERED FITNESS PROGRAMS
Looking for a registered fitness program this fall? We have classes for all ages and abilities. Register for a challenging training course such as Bosu/TRX or Battlefit or improve your running with Run Stronger Run Faster. We have 7 types of Yoga classes, a Fresh Start Fitness class for beginners, Zumba and Zumba lite as well as Seniors' Spin & Strength and Senior's Strength Training.
Childminding services are available for participants of our fitness programs. Please refer to the Childminding page in the Happening Guide for details, schedules and fees.
