Pilates/Barre 
Develop a balanced system, strong, flexible muscles and better posture through core strengthening. Barre and other equipment will be incorporated.

Barre Strength and Stretch
Strengthen and lengthen your body using small full body movements on the barre. After each strength sequence, working muscles are lengthened through stretch. Yoga and Pilates mat-based exercises will be included.

Seniors Spin and Strength
A combination of body sculpting with resistance equipment and indoor cycling (spinning). This low impact class is designed for all senior fitness levels.

Mom and Babe Zumba
Enjoy Latin inspired dance movements. A variety of fitness levels will enjoy this dynamic, fun and rhythmic dance form of exercise. Babies will be in the room with moms. Pre-crawling babies are welcome.
