Road Rehabilitation on Clarke Road from Ingersoll Street to Barnet Hwy

In partnership with TransLink and ICBC, the City of Port Moody is rehabilitating Clarke Road (project limits are between Ingersoll Drive and Barnett Highway). Planned work incorporates input from our ongoing Master Transportation Plan, as well as various utility planning studies to ensure this important road asset continues to meet the communities longer term needs.

Work will include rehabilitation of the existing road surface and installation of municipal utilities (storm drainage, watermain improvements, and streetlighting). The project will also include safety improvements (improved road alignment, installation of a new concrete barrier system, new sidewalks/curbing, new signage and lane marking upgrades).

The City's selected contractor, Eurovia BC Ltd, started work on this project the week of July 13, 2016, and is expected to last until September 2016. Notices of construction were delivered to affected residents and businesses, and we will provide updates as construction continues.
