Senior Yoga Registered Senior Fitness Programs 
Get fit and have fun in low-impact classes designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. Enjoy the community of a group while benefiting from our friendly and knowledgeable group fitness instructors. Read more
Walking Track Port Moody Walking/Running Track at the Rec Complex
Our wheelchair accessible, rubber composite indoor walking or running track overlooks our double gymnasium. Seniors can use the track at no charge daily from 8:00am-4:00pm.

Table Tennis Table Tennis at the Rec Complex
Drop-in – this new activity offered at the Recreation Complex is played at a recreational level. Limited space is available. Monday 12:00-2:00pm. $4.00

Pickleball Drop-In Pickleball at the Rec Complex
Pickleball is a combo of table tennis, tennis and badminton. It is played by 2 or 4 people on a badminton-sized court in our gymnasium. Racquets/balls are available or bring your own. Admission rates apply. Read more 
Walking Soccer Drop-in Walking Soccer at the Rec Complex
This low-impact version of the beautiful game is ideal for those who are unable/no longer wish to play the game in its traditional format. Men and women of all ages are welcome to join in! Wed & Fri: 11:45-1:00pm 
Kyle Centre Membership is $11.25 per year (January to December). The membership includes most volunteer-led drop-in programs at Kyle Centre. Fitness classes and registered programs are an additional charge. Some drop-in programs have an additional, nominal fee to cover costs of supplies, prizes and refreshments.  Read more
